With his energetic personality and over 10 years of experience in operations management in Five stars hotels such as IHG, always makes sure that the high- quality standards and our standard operational procedures are met in all our properties to provide a unique stay for our guests, ensure smooth day to day operations and making sure all the properties are maintained in an excellent condition.
With a creative mind, holds a Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Pharmacy and she has ample hands on experience in Marketing and Channel management. She is responsible for the development and execution of the marketing plans for different channels to reach the target audience, increase sales and analyse the results. She is also responsible for proposing new ideas for the company’s development and promoting the company to reach new customers.
With her delightful smile, great guest service skills and having an immense experience at the reservations department at professional Hospitality & Holiday Homes establishments is managing the reservations team to ensure a smooth booking journey for the guests, achieve customer satisfaction and monitor unit occupancy. She is also working hand in hand with the revenue management department to achieve and exceed property revenue goals and ensure maximum occupancy.

With an affectionate character and exceptional customer service skills, is well versed about ensuring a seamless and pleasant experience for all our guests during their stay, she is also responsible for managing the guest relations team, overseeing guests requests and addressing their concerns to provide them the ultimate luxury guest experience we always aim to provide our guests.
While creating Eden’s, Victor, had a goal to implement the splendor of Five stars hospitality concepts at the comfort of feeling home. He managed, alongside with his hand-picked and well experienced team to achieve this goal.
